Judith Wiggins: Allstate Insurance

I’ve been with this agency for over a year and the customer service isn’t great. Recently decided to add my home insurance to my policy and was assured everything was good and the policy was written. After about 3 week I was told the policy was cancelled because I needed a new roof. Well the insurance was sent to my mortgage company by Allstate and the other policy was cancelled. My mortgage company issues Ed the check to Allstate and they cashed the check even though they cancelled the policy. They Did not tell my mortgage company the policy was canceled until I called and question them about it. At that time I was told Allstate would return the check to my mortgage company. Now I was just told I have to wait 7 business days for a refund to be issued to me for the insurance the mortgage company already paid for. There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY at the office. I am checking on switching to a new Allstate agent since this in has left me without homeowners insurance now for about a month!

This office is AMAZING. Judy and all her staff are super responsive and have helped me with all my home and car insurance needs. I'll never use another office.
