This is a company who does not care about their patient's, but only the money they make from them. They spend most of their time dodging patient phone calls. The employee turnover rate is so high the patient's complain because they know so many people either quit or get fired for no good reason. I would never allow any family or friend's to go here because I see how they treat the patient's. It's so many patient's and employees that leave this company because they just don't do their job. They set a bad example for every other Interim out there.

Would not recommend. Would not even write a review because it’s been a headache and waste of time.
PT was written for 3 times a wk. She comes twice.
OT was written for once. Hasn’t shown up.
RN should be coming Tues to assist with INR. Only happened during Intake.
PCP requested labs Thurs of one week and after countless calls, Interim denies having received them. RN wanted to come the following Friday to do them.
Tried calling the director and she bucks it to someone in her office.
I would choose the other HHC companies (the first ones I had) over this one!

Do not use this company..... They care less about the patient..... Their RN Victoria finds everything funny when it comes to the Patient, does not respond when she is the ON CALL NURSE I placed a call at 330am and she told me she was sleep at that time and didn’t wake up til 830am..... And was laughing the whole time which is VERY SAD......... Spoke with the DIRECTOR OF NURSES 2 HOURS AGO AND STILL NO LUCK WITH ANYONE COMING TO PUT THE WOUND CARE VACUUM BACK ON A CANCER PATIENT...... This company does not take THE PATIENTS CARE SERIOUSLY AT ALL...... ITS NOW 10:10am so my Mother has been off of her WOUND CARE VAC FOR NOW 7 HOURS AND THEY DONT CARE........And she is a CANCER PATIENT....... HOW VERY SAD......... Shelita LaMotte
