We cannot say enough about Jason and his Finest Texas Homes Real Estate Team!! We had a house that we had been renting out and we decided we needed to go ahead and sell it. The house was a little dated and in need of some repairs. Jason met with us and told us exactly what repairs needed to be done and which ones did not. He also recommended what we should list the house for without repairs and how much we should list it for with the repairs. We determined a budget that we were comfortable with and decided to go ahead and make the needed repairs. He coordinated all the repairs including painting inside and outside, new carpet throughout, new tile in the kitchen and bathrooms and much more. The repairs were completed quickly and professionally. Jason listed the property when the repairs were completed and 2 days later we had a full price offer. Selling our house was so easy; Jason really went above and beyond the call of duty in handling all the details. We just showed up for the closing and that was it. We highly recommend Jason to everyone that needs to buy or sell a home in the Houston area.

WOW, I was really impressed with Jason and Finest Texas Homes. My home had been listed with another real estate agent and had been on the market for eight months. Jason and his team sold my home for top dollar in record time and exceeded my expectations every step of the way. He was a top notch agent who was a cut above other agents. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and patient and knew how to take care of a demanding customer. He was willing to fight for top dollar, had a unique and effective marketing strategy, excellent negotiator, impressive photography, an eye for design, excellent staging ideas to show like a model home. Jason did an exceptional job helping me navigate the details of the sales process and got the job done closing a week ahead of schedule. Needless to say I wish I had gone with Jason and Finest Texas Homes in the first place. He was very professional and I highly recommend him, he sold my home and he can sell your home too.
