Abby Property Solutions has done a great job with managing several of my client's properties and I've never heard a complaint. Their rates are lower than many other rental companies and they are prompt and professional. Michael Hughes' background in real estate law has been useful to more than one of my clients as well as to myself when there has been an issue with a landlord or tenant. I agree with R.J. I am out of town and my communication with Abby has been unsatisfactory. They provide few details in their replies and days go by without any response. Lack of detail, lack of consideration for their clients needs and unprofessional.
