I went there a little more than a month ago. I was having pain in a molar. The doctor said that I needed a crown. So we did that and I paid for it. When I went to the appointment to get the crown the molar was still hurting. So she said that maybe I need a root canal. But she cant do it, So it took to my a while to find a doctor that my insurance cover. When I finally went to the check for a root canal, the doctor said that it was highly probable that they cant save that molar, that I need to remove it. So now I cant go to the location castle dental previously mentioned because its close and I already paid to them and I paid for something that I wasnt needing for a bad diagnosis. I paid for a crown on a tooth that needs to be removed. And I having trying to reach out and they didnt give me a response.

My consultation appointment for my top retainer only was at 9:30a. Grogans Mill Spring,Tx. It took a minute for the doctor to get to me however that was not the problem not the issue. While Im waiting in the back the receptionist came to me and she said it will be $300 for your retainers. I said how much she repeated herself and said $300 I said no maam Im not paying $300 and thats not what the insurance representative stated when I called and she said well thats what it is and thats what we charge. I told her I was going to call myself, she said Ill call them again but when I called thats what they told me. She started saying something about its all in one its an orthodontist etc etc. So, I walked outside and called my insurance and he stated my plan cover retainers and they will pay 50%. At that point I walked in the office and asked her for the code she used she gave it to me and again the representative stated its covered. I asked her is $300 for top and bottom or just top she said both I told her I dont need both I just need top then she said oh its $300 a piece. I also asked her how its $300 if my insurance is paying 50% she said oh, if I submit it and they paying 50% then you just owe $150. How you going to tell me I owe $300 without submitting my claim?! In fact I honestly dont believe she called my insurance because if she did she wouldve came to me and said you owe $150 not $300. I told her to cancel my appointment and I politely walked out. Everyone please please call your insurance prior to your appointments, ask the doctor office for the HCPCS or CPT codes for whatever you having done then call your insurance because if the doctor office can get over on you they will.

Your company is national, I don't know why you don't have the option of completing the required paper work on line. Most peoples' information is at home. I believe your file information would be more accurate if allowed to complete on line. Otherwise my negative of the appointment was the time I was in the examination room between DR. & Technician. I was informed that they had to contact other employees on site and off site. I counted a total of 4 people working in the facility, the requested information should be available by one of the 4.
