Everyone at this T-Mobile location is extremely helpful and nice! The store manager Jorge M. will even go out of his way (he picked up an iPhone from a T-Mobile nearly 1/2 hour away) to make sure you have an amazing experience switching to T-Mobile!

Worst customer service ever. I have prepaid lines and wanted to get a new iPhone, they told me I could not get financing but I told them that I could paid the cost of the iPhone, then he told me he could not sell it to me and gave no reason . Racist people.

Poor customer service. The young women helping us had an attitude from the moment we walked in the door. She barely spoke and never smiled. She did not explain what was going on in a way that was helpful. It was almost like she was irritated to have a customer come in the store, and she would rather be chatting with the other two young men who worked there. I explained that I had been dealing with the situation all day by phone and that I was told to come in to a store, and I expressed the frustration I was dealing with. Rather than trying to be understanding and helpful, she only added to the frustration. In the end, I left the store without phone service. I went to the Xfinity store and was greeted with smiles and friendliness and an eagerness to get my business back. And they did!
