HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE by this place and Meghann O'Leary Strickland the Owner. After years of being a proud member of the Southlake Studio and having spent thousands of dollars there, I have been so disappointed by the lies and unprofessionalism of this business and it's owner. I hope that they don't do this to another person again. From the pandemic, the Southlake studio closed down, which was unfortunate but I understood the situation. They never communicated this closure to their members and even employees. I inquired about the opening and learned that it had closed down permanently. I had purchased a prepaid package (worth about $1,000), not cheap, my package was not fully used (due to closure). So I asked for a prorated refund. I was told that I would have my refund in 90 days..... after 7 months of not receiving it, I called and emailed several times. I was then told that they could NOT refund me my money..... I am done with the lies and therefore filed a complaint with the BBB which I come to find out, someone else filed one for the same problem! they were told the exact same story too. Now that I have filed the claim, and I told them I would, they claim they sent my refund via Zelle months ago. Which again, is a LIE. I have never received a Zelle payment. The lies that continue from this business is just WRONG..... I will NEVER EVER attend any studio of theirs and support this woman and all her lies. She gives small businesses a bad name. Please don't support this studio when there are others you can support.
