        If I could leave zero stars I would. I signed up for the one month trial and decided in a few classes that this was not my kind of yoga studio. However, I was not informed that I would automatically be enrolled into an unlimited plan after that if I did not cancel. I have been charged nearly $300 for two months in which I did not attend a single class. Furthermore no one will help me fix this! I left my phone number with the front desk lady in studio who promised they would contact me (they did not). I have called the studio a hundred times and am unable to get through to anyone. I also sent an email to customer service- and of course have heard nothing back.

        The pure flow class was nice. My issue with the Southlake studio is the carpet smell, esp coming from another location where they don't have carpet. It's a musty odor I could not stand. I truly wish they had changed their flooring. I don't understand why they have carpet which sinks in all the sweat during hot yoga.
