My interaction with Michael was probably different from most, as I had been working on rebuilding an antique piano myself for quite a while but needed help from a professional when getting into some of the nitty gritty of the regulation process at the end of the process. He was an amazing help in getting me through to the end. He not only handled certain aspects that I was not setup to do, but helped me through the parts of the process I was able to handle and just needed guidance to get through. He absolutely knows his stuff, did a great job in the areas that he handled on his own, and was incredibly informative and kind in spending the time helping me with the rest. I cannot say enough good things about him, and absolutely recommend him to anyone needing work done on their pianos.

Very patient, kind, detailed, and reliable. I have an old studio piano, but he made me feel like my business was as valuable as a customer with a Steinway. I highly recommend Mike.
