We were told that an owner had agreed to hold a property for us on a Friday. I called on Tuesday and was told the property was now leased. Asked for our application fee back, yes they could do that. Called back an hour later and, nope, they can't do that either. Will never work with these people again.

I have been looking for a place to rent, and I asked a couple of people about Angel Ridge rentals! I heard so many negatives, from never repairing anything when requested to just plain paying no attention to the various properties they manage! I dont know whether to pursue even inquiring!!

Do not rent a property from this company. They do not fix the problems. My air conditioner has been out going on the 5th day. They also know I have 2 roof leaks and they have done nothing. They lie and give bad direction to tenant's. They don't care about you or the property what's important is the Money. Do not use this property management. Beware Beware

All the good reviews they paid for them to post it. Every one of them...not good people

Do not rent from them..
The owners of their properties should know about them as well
I plan on looking them up and sending them a letter

We need to put a stop to bad management. Calling on the license to be revoked if this can be done.lĺ
