Leslie's

There is this person in the front desk that is very lazy at his job. He ignores phone calls very rude to customers. Left me on hold for 45 minutes. And the worst part I have an account there with Leslies pools. And every time that assh$&! Is there. I always get the run around with parts etc. try looking for corporates #, but there no help either. I spend $1,000.00 of dollars a month on material. But this guy doesnt help at all. Id really wish upper management would see this person on the act. If this continues Im canceling my business with Leslie pools.

2 girls working there, no one in the store but me. They acted as if i was bothering them. Like they were super busy talking to each other. Go to the Leslie's on 151 and 410. They are very helpful and very knowledgeable.

The young lady there was very knowledgeable, friendly and very honest. Outstanding job.

The manager at this Leslie's Banderas is extremely rude. Called me a liar on a product that was on your web sight.I had to show her the add. She did not apologize for calling Liar. She should not be in a customer service roll.
