Today Dec 8 2020. Was going to buy my daughter a tech suit and goggles. Had the worse experience ever. And I have bought from them and my daughters team uses them. no more I will be using swim freak from here on out and making sure I spread the word.. The old lady that worked there was rude and un professional. So thank you for ruining a place my daughter likes to spend my money at.

Says it's open until 6pm on google but only open till 4pm because of Covid. Wasted 30 minutes of my time.

D&J has been our go to swim store for 6 years, but today may have been my last visit (8/27/2020). I arrived at 3PM to find the doors locked and the lights out though the sign on the door stated they were open until 4PM. There was a number to call, and as I was calling someone came the door. She seemed bothered as soon as she opened the door. I was looking for Speedo gear bags and she said they only had 1 type in stock. I described the bag I was looking for and she emphatically stated that there was no such item. I dug through the bags and found several of the exact items I was looking for (just not the right color). While she played/texted on her phone, I called my son and texted him a photo to see if he would like another color/style. While I was waiting on his response she began to criticize my parenting saying, "If he were my son he would never have gotten a choice. My mother would have never given me the option on something like that! You just get what you get!" It wasn't just what she said...It was the way she said it. It wasn't a joke she was being truly critical and implying that I am spoiling my son. When I confronted her and let her know how I offended I was she said, "I'm just giving advice from mother to mother." I go to D&J for swim items, not parental advice. Needless to say I left without my item. Putting up with poor customer service may not be worth the 10% team discount.
