Shopped for storage containers, Elizabeth, at register 9,scanned everything. Yet,when exiting out,Wilma,very ugly & rude,started saying LOUD,that we didn't pay. Infrmed her,that Elizabeth,scanned & charged & we paid. Wilma,yelling,"What register,what register ". Yelled at Elizabeth, also.Then Told Ariel,dpt mgr,cust serv,. This woman kept yelling,Ariel told her to go,still,kept yelling,until another mgr,pull her off.Liz,did scanned everything. Why does Walmart,not teach their employees, REAL cust serv manners,put them in our place,as a cust &treat them the same,see how employees, like Wilma feel. Ariel mentiond,he would forwrd incident to top mgr,but surely,i probably, won't be contacted, with an aplogy. Oh,well,I guess that's Walmart. 01/05/2020 3pm
