        Worst customer service ever. Sales associate was extremely rude. I was buying 4 pair of shoes that came up to $67.12. When I tried to pay with a $100.00 she said she did not have change for $100.00. If I calculate correctly she owed me $32.88. That is not $100.00. I will never go back there. My granddaughtr was in tears because she had been waiting all week to get new shoes. Then when I called customer service to complain the agent hung up on me. Last night was just not my night. I will tell you this, I will NEVER shop Payless Shoes again.
