TOP OF THE LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ERICA! Hands down the best in store experience Ive ever had in any shoe or clothing store. The effort and initiative is very much appreciated. I placed an order online for two pairs of Jordans while I was at work, I stopped by on the way home to pick them up as it was a buy online and pickup in store order for same day. When I arrived I was greeted and assisted, at first I was told by a few employees who were trying to find my order that it was not ready yet. They then communicated with someone through their ear piece and they told them to tell me to come back tomorrow or to call before I come. This is understandable being that its Christmas time. All of the employees who assisted me were very kind and did try, but as I was about to leave the store Erica stopped me and asked what name the order was under, the employee who was assisting me told her and she said she would go find it, and in minutes she did! Very thankful, she saved me a trip. Not only did she go the extra mile, she was very nice! As I left the store she told me thank you and everything! Companies like this one need to cherish employees like her, they are very hard to find. Event her coworkers had nothing but amazing things to say about her! She cares, and it shows! THANK YOU AGAIN ERICA!

Had a wonderful experience here! Walked into the store yesterday looking for 2 specific pairs of shoes and was greeted by Rosie before I could pull up photos on my phone. She stayed with me and worked diligently to help me find exactly what I needed. As I recount, every member of the staff greeted me as I walked through the store. Thing is...they were assisting other people but still welcomed me! This is the type of service that keeps me coming back! I will certainly shop here in the future!

Unfortunately, I do not have the associates name that I had to encounter. No name tag to identify her. I walked in and grabbed what I needed as I just came in for a few accessories. I go to the counter to check out, ASSOCIATE #0403687 is the girl at the counter. This is the cashier and salesperson listed on my receipt. I do not understand why she felt it was a good idea to try to up-sale me and when I told her no thank you, she said it was a charity and only a dollar. I told her no thanks again. I have worked in retail and management, and charities arent always what everything thinks it is so I do not donate to many company charities, as this is my choice as a consumer. Which is crazy I even have to explain that. This girl thought it was bright to try to push a donation into my transaction , then once I kindly rejected twice, her whole mood changed and she even rolled her eyes with attitude and made a comment under her breathe after the second time I kindly declined. The interaction became awkward. She was very awkward, rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. It was very obvious she was pushing this to benefit her in some way. After she aggressively pulled my receipt out of the register, she handed it to me and I said thank you and she ignored me and didnt say anything. I was going to let this whole thing slide, until I was saying thank you as a customer as she is getting paid as an employee to be rude, unprofessional, and ignore my thank you.
