Unfortunately I didn't have a great interaction with the counter person who made my amazon return harder than it usually is. The countergirl is not helpful. I will go to another store from now on

Very friendly , helpful employee ( girl with blonde hair) sorry failed to get her name. Went in to send off a package was very quick and helpful. Do not go to ups store on broadway, rude and claimed they didn't know how to use my return label. Came to this ups store and the girl was extremely knowledgeable . She saved the day , as I was so stressed with the man from the other ups store

I went to this location to return Amazon packages which is always pretty quick. (in and out) Usually when entering a store you get greated with a hello. She didn't even bother to look at me which I feel is bare minimum she could have done. (The store was absolutely dead, i was the only one in there.) She wasn't wearing a name tag but on my return label it says the cashiers name was Brittany. Horrible customer service. Her whole attitude screamed "I DONT CARE & I DONT WANNA BE HERE!"

Great store! Friendly staff, super fast service, open Sundays! Make tons of returns here and never have to wait too long. Makes running errands easy!

Still remember when I had to have the head postmaster retrieve my package from this store. They said they “sent it back”, then proceeded to pull it from the cabinet once the postmaster asked for it. Utterly the worst UPS store I’ve ever used. I use about 20 stores across the US, and they are all great. But not this one. It’s kinda sad, if they don’t want my money, that’s fine.
