Was surprised to ONLY see 1 WORKER! How do you expect as a owner to bring clients when you dont even have the proper staffing. Place is cold, dark and food is not appetite. Will not recommend this place unless owner can improve the business.

By far the worst of the fast eddies in san Antonio by far!! The management is by far is the worst!! Ive been coming here for almosrt 7 years and.cant even fget decent service!?!? On a slow it takes at least 30 mins to even have sever come up?? And another 20 to get a beer even when the GM is standing at the front door?? I would defintly go to the culebra near 410 location!!! The food cant ever even be hot! The bar tenders are the only ones who actually provide service!

My first time visiting this establishment, customer service was on point. However, I ordered bone in wings... they came out looking like they were fried in old grease. I sent them back and this time the cook came out and it was still cooked in old grease. I told him I was not paying for that... this was 1130 pm and he had the nerve to say we changed the grease a day ago. Which means 2 day old grease for a large establishment. I will not visit this place again. Whish I had of taken pictures.
