Made an appointment between 2-6pm told me they would call 30 mins before. I called at 4 to confirm… no answer. Called at 6 no answer. Called at 7. No answer. Didn’t even give a courtesy call to cancel or reschedule. Not reliable.

I've always been pleased with Jacob and his team. It can be challenging sometimes to get someone out because they are busy, especially after a freeze, but I take a number and wait patiently. The guys he sends always get to the root of the issue without you feeling like you're being swindled. In fact, the prices are usually more than fair, so I usually tip a little extra. Services: Sprinkler system inspection, Irrigation system repair/maintenance

The guys came out and performed the annual backflow check, that was fine. They also repaired a leak. We had 3 sprinkler zones not working correctly. I was told it was a valve problem, I believe they quoted me $95 each to find the valves, then another $200+ to replace the valves. Ace Sprinklers and Landscaping came out and found that it wasn't a valve problem at all but a station module that needed to be replaced, everything was repaired in under an hour. I won't be using Superior again. They still get at least the 3 stars for fixing the leak and doing the backflow inspection. They seemed like nice guys, but they didn't diagnose our problem properly. Called to schedule an irrigation install and they were able to get me taken care of the next day. Work only took a few hours and was done to my satisfaction. Jacob Rojas and his team did a great job, highly recommended.
