Pizza Hut

Worse pizza place ever.that is the location on 410 and marbach. Employees are the worse.i ordered online and on one pizza ,i ordered half no cheese.they refused to make the pizza.when i got there ,the guy told me a pizza without cheese is not a pizza so he didnt make it.i ended up going somewhere else for my pizza.this place is very ghetto and i will never return to this place.even with all the complaints on this place,corporate will not do anything about it.thats why this place is so bad when pizza hut allows employees like this.they dont care about customer service.if i would be able to give zero stars i would

This place was great all around the staff was very kind even if we came in 30 min before closing and very patient the food was some of the best in the area Kid-friendliness: Didn't judge us even of we were all under 18

I used to order from here every 2 weeks for my family. But completely stopped after the 2nd try. The 1st incident carryout option my pizza had 3 different slices with long strands of hair in it. Manager gave me a credit for the future, waited a bit to hopefully have a better experience next time. But nope the next time a piece of plastic fork was in the pizza an my son bit right on it. Luckily it did not chip is tooth cause I would have been definitely suing. I don't know if they just have people that hate there jobs, that they do this to customers food. An if they do hate there job, please go find something you like doing. Family's work hard for there money too, to excite there kids with a pizza night. Not to ingest people's hair and plastic wear. Wanted to share as I no longer buy at this location for carry out started going to dominos

I was ordering my food and the girl who took my order charged me for things that I had no idea I was being charged for my order was a big box dinner 25$2,2liters 6$ she charged me for extra cheese upgrade on cheese bread was very un happy wish I could get what's owed
