Bad service today! Used drive through and was asked to park in designated area to have my pizza brought up to me. Waited 30 minutes in car and no pizza! Had to go inside and ask for my purchase. Had to wait another 10 minutes for a fresh one. Their service totally failed today.

I had went in in Friday March 11. I purchased a hit and ready crazy bread combo and wings. The young lady that took my order did not give me a receipt and had a septum piercing. She was fast at getting my order. I informed her that I was impressed that everything was ready and that the staff seemed to be new. I had stopped going to this location due to the rude employees and long waits. When I got home and my kids and I started to eat we realized the pizza was raw in the center. When I called to inform the manager she told me her name was Amanda and she was the general manager and to send a picture of the pizza to a number. In the back ground I heard the employees laughing. They were making fun of my situation! Made me realize this location still needs improvement! I called Monday morning and spoke to Joann and she told me she was the manager and that there is no employee by the name of Amanda or did she have an employee in the evening with a septum piercing. I asked what address I was calling too and she confirmed it was the location by Pleasanton road. I told her she indeed does have an employee with a septum piercing. The young lady that I spoke to on Friday night that went by Amanda managed to pull up my order number and find out my name first and last. The caller ID does not give my name. So it makes me wonder how much information how much are they able to pull up from out credit cards. I never got a call back from anyone. Its sad that they run a business like this when prices are steadily increasing they should appreciate that ppl choose to buy from them! The fake manager in the evening needs to be replaced! You are there to work not party with your staff! Seems like the are friends and just go to work to play around!

This place is a joke. Lol......we walk in and first of all no uniform what so ever. Everyone looks very unprofessional especially the manager she's wearing spandex with a black spaghetti strap. I heard alot of customers coming back with their orders because of the pizza being so old. The girl in the front was trying to multi task and we repeated the order about 6x. Not sure if she was high on something or what. But obviously we cancelled 2 orders. It was a little crazy in there. And to top it off no glove wearing at all. Never again

I ordered online at 6:10pm and the order was said to be ready to pick up 6:56-7:02pm. Its now 7:30pm and they still havent brought my order. Instead skipping ahead giving walk in orders first. They had my classic pepperoni ready and gave it to another customer who then brought it back in and then they took the tag off the box and gave it to another customer. I really dont know why I continue coming to this location as its not as convenient as it should be compared to driving across town to another location would be. I get that tonight is busy in the drive thru but even when I come here on the least busy nights its always a unusually long wait and my pizza isnt hot or ready. Hate to call corporate but Ive had enough at this point

I called Little Cesar's Pizza at 438 SW Military and no one answered. We came to the store and another customer came at the same time. Two employees came from the back and was without emotions like he was mad. I asked him twice if they were opened and he kept talking to the girl employee and I asked for the 3rd time if they were open and he hesitated to answered and I said "I'm asking if you are opened, because no one is answering the phone,. Can you tell me if I'm calling your number?" He answered:: I haven't heard the phone ring, and I don't know the number". (his voice was in a tone not used in a Customer Service mode, he sounded mad). Very bad Customer Service plus not helping client see if this was their store phone number is WORST! How does this store supposed to make sales with that attitude. The receipt # 602692 date 2/21/22 time1138am. The receipt says Pricilla was my cashier and it was NOT unless he change his name.
