Poor poor service! This place just screams unprofessional especially the Dr. I took my toddler for her appointment while sitting in the waiting area I hear another kid screaming and the Dr saying I have other people to see hurry up. When its our turn he sees my child quickly as Im walking out of the room he tells the MA no we dont have time to dilate it will take too long. First of all no patience at all maybe he needs to retire. This was our second visit and the first visit was so bad as well he called my child 3 different names. I will not be going back and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Went there twice this week already. Had an appointment both times. Waited for over an hour each time and never got to see a doctor. Ill never ever go back there again.

I waited 2 hours just for them to tell me they didnt have the equipment needed for my visit. When I scheduled my appointment a month ago, I made them aware of the reason I needed to be seen and they were still unprepared. I wasted money and time. Also, the ophthalmologist was not welcoming at all. Very short and rough.

Ahhhh felt like the DMV. I am apparently spoiled by typically going to smaller, private practice. Making an appointment and 30 minutes later still not called, with no sorry were running late is a little too reminiscent of getting new tags for my car instead of personalized eye care.

Staff was very kind in all departments of the facility. Very informative every step of the way. They treated my children very well and professionally. I will be coming back for myself as well.
