Great customer service in helping me replace my printer by Robert and Dylan. They dont try to sell you the most expensive item. Explained the plus and minus of various printers. Very knowledgeable. Great location. Staff always helpful.

Office Depot located on Blanco and 1604 here in San Antonio is a great place to get your office needs. Staff is extremely friendly and I love to support local businesses instead of going on Amazon. They will match any price that Amazon has so keep that in mind and have your phone ready.

Elisheva at the printing station was very rude. Her and the other kid with the long hair had their backs turned for the longest time. At least acknowledge the two other customers - example hi Ill be with you shortly but neither of them did. I had to interrupt seeing that elisheva was just observing the other kid doing the work, and really not doing much but moving around the springs. She came up to me and said she was helping another customer, but she clearly wasnt. Again she was moving around the springs. She became very passive aggressive with the way she spoke to me. Preston came up and apologized for her and asked for his help instead of her. Thank you Preston. I hope the management makes corrects with this woman. Customer service was 1/10 from elisheva but Preston was super sweet and patient. It did take an entire hour just to print two posters. The smallest ones they have too..

I placed a print order on Thursday for guaranteed pickup by Friday at 5pm for documents that I needed for a presentation Saturday morning. I called at 7pm on Friday when I was on my way to pickup the flyers to make sure they were ready because I never received the text/email that they were ready. The guy on the phone said that if I didnt receive the notice then they werent going to be printed. I explained that I needed them the next morning for a presentation starting at 10am, he very apathetically said they open at 9 and I could come then to get my order. When I asked why they werent done by the confirmation time, he said we are short staffed and dont have anyone who knows how to print. His attitude was crazy, he acted like I was a nuisance for asking about it. So 9am the next day comes, as Im on my way to my meeting hoping I can get my presentation documents, and I call, and I am greeted with an even ruder employee, who again just says, yea, we wont be printing anything, no one here knows how to print. I asked, then why wasnt I called when you guys had my order yesterday with a 5pm pickup and you knew you had no one to print it so that I could figure out another option. With so much attitude he said we dont have anyone here to call you. Taking payment and orders and then just completely ignoring them with no regard to the fact that customers are relying on your for their business needs is unbelievably frustrating. But the way the employees handled the issue was awful. Ive been using the print services here for years, but recently Ive been running into this issue more and more and can no longer do business here.
