I would give 0 stars if I could. Lady doing my nails had terrible attitude, kept rolling her eyes at me. Very rude!!!!!!!! My nails came out looking wonky. They charged me extra for regular box nails. My set did not even last past 3 weeks

Unfortunately I cant recommend this salon. The people are very nice and they do a great job, but I have gone two times and both times were very stressful. They have a child who is in the salon. The first time I went, the child was literally riding his scooter around and watching tv on his computer. It was loud. The second time, the child sat in front of me and had his computer show on loud. I felt like I was in a daycare. I had to ask for it to stop or they would have allowed it. Then the mother who is doing my nails, is trying to deal with her child. This child should have a babysitter. This is not a spa experience. Its stressful. When you go to a spa or to get your nails done , you dont want to feel like you are in someones play room. The music was clashing with the kids tv and I got a headache and I felt like crying. I wont go back. They didnt seem to understand that its not professional.

I have been coming to see Tracy and Steve for a couple of years and Ive always had an amazing experience. I always feel great when I leave their place. Thank you both so much!!!
