J. P. Was very professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. But one thing that I didn't like and that really needs to be fixed is that I had to go to a completely different dealership to finalize my paperwork. I think that needs to be conveyed in the beginning, as opposed to right before I sign h the paperwork. I was almost late to pick my son up from school because of this. The drive was about 20 mins away. Then I had to wait for about 20 mins before I could sign the paper work. Then drive back to the original location to pick up my vehicle. There needs to be a person at each location to expedite this process. That was the only thing that I didn't like about the entire process

I waited for 2 hrs for an oil change. Customer service was great, but disappointed I the long wait.
