I am so happy to see that the dealership has trained and or hired women who can do the work and do it in a timely manner. They are more detail oriented and price. I had requested what I thought I needed. My service advisor explained that at this time my car didn't need what I had selected. Those services would be done on the next visit. That is called not taking advantage of the customer, more money for the dealership but treating the customer with respect and honesty. That will bring them back for service and a new car because they know they will be treated with respect and honesty.
