Came here because many doctor offices are not accepting new patients. I got a virtual appointment for 9 am only to be in the virtual waiting room for 2 hours! Wasnt seen until 11:16 am. When I called back for questions regarding my medication,Sarah, the front desk receptionist was extremely rude with me she even made a noise as if my questions are ridiculous. She lacks decorum each time I call. I called asking about my meds since they are not working and no one called me back. Extremely frustrating.
