I'm a new patient and am suppose to set up a patient portal.  I can not figure out how to do this.  Is there something on the internet to help me do this?  I need help!

Family Nurse Practitioner Stephanie Benton continues to redefine indispensability.  I trust her well enough to place my aging body's health in her hands, without reservation, because she is:1.  Book Smart.2.  Street Smart.3.  Responsive.4.  Intuitive (of course).5.  Pleasant & welcoming.6.  Prepared.I value preparation, because she always knows about prior visits & I never have to remind her of anything.  I say she is a good prescription for a long life, & I will continue to seek her wise counsel & guidance.

BEWARE!! Stay far away from this office. The staff NEVER responds to voicemails. The only person you can get into contact with is the receptionist. Then they will transfer you over and over and never want to speak with you. It took me over 3 weeks to get a prescription refilled. Funny however, my last visit my credit card was billed double and that took ages to fix as well. Sad that I have to at least give 1 star, I'd prefer to give none!!!

Prompt service, I was in and out for an annual check up. However, Dr. Geraldi wasn't very welcoming and seemed uninterested in my appointment. Nurse's assistant was incompetent and told me to "google" the questions had regarding my results. I was confused and taken aback by her lack of knowledge. What is the purpose of going to a doctor's office office if the staff tells you to "google" things and seem to be googling the answers herself. When I asked to speak with Dr. Geraldi I was informed he does not speak with patients over the phone and I would have to schedule a follow up appointment. Needless to say, I was very disappointed by this doctor and his assistant.
