ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED with ILoveKickboxing!!! I initially started just trying it out to add a different kind of cardio and see if I could get some weight loss results, but fell in love with the feeling of achievement and think I’ve found an amazing hobby instead! The staff is the BEST!!! I like changing up my schedule to see all staff members because they all bring their own personality to make each class exciting! Not only are they enthusiastic but they constantly answer questions anyone has about different workouts, supplements, food tips, etc. I also feel like I have a plethora of ILKB merch! I can’t seem to get enough because everything is awesome! -Awesome Alex 👊🏼🥊💥

I LOVE this place! The instructors are amazing. They are so supportive. It does not matter what fitness level you are at, kickboxing IS for you! They have classes 7 days a week to fit into everyone's schedule. Every class is different so you won't get bored. They make it super fun to get into shape! UPDATE: They are now offering memberships without a contract!

I love ILKB- Stone Oak! I have tried other places like the more traditional (BORING) gyms but nothing compares to iLoveKickboxing-Stone Oak. The trainers are all amazing and super encouraging! Several trainers are now friends- iLoveKickboxing is more than a gym, it's family. The atmosphere is like nothing I've ever experienced. When I'm feeling down, ILKB is the "pick-me-up" I need. The support of the trainers is something you have to experience- if you have an injury, they help you modify, if you need a laugh or a buttkicking, they're there! I always leave better, happier, and stronger than I went in.

I love kickboxing at Stone Oak! I absolutely enjoy the facility. After I retired for the military, I founded it hard to workout on my own and Ilovekickboxing provides an atmosphere where the whole room feels like we are working out together, while still being motivated to push myself based on my own ability. I love being able to spice up my workout by using multiple bags during the session. They have tons of incentives. The instructors are very personable and I love being able to reach out to them if I have questions and/or concerns about my progress. Surprisingly, I look forward to working out now and I owe it to the Ilovekickboxing staff at Stone Oak staff. I would recommend Ilovekickboxing to anyone who is looking for a full body, fun, and challenging workout. I love kickboxing!
