iLoveKickboxing - Alamo Ranch

I wasn't sure what I was getting into, but a 21 day challenge has turned into me signing up and I have no plans on stopping anytime soon. I've lost weight, I feel better in my own skin, and I can tell the difference in my stamina and strength. The workouts attack all parts of the body while building confidence. Also, it's a lot of fun! The trainers are patient and encouraging, and the other members are a great support team. I would definitely recommend giving it a try. You'll never want to work out anywhere else!

I enjoyed signing up. Each trainer has helped me along my way. So far in 2 weeks I’m 7 ponds down. They help you and when you start they teach and give you modifications to still get in a good workout. Plus all the other members are really nice. Not all stuck up like most people you find at the gym. This is by far the best investment I made for my health.

Every class is intense and every trainer brings a vibe that you can accomplish the 60 minutes of death their about to put on you. -6.5lbs down. I am definitely addicted
