We have our daughter in the after school program, and she LOVES it! She has a lot of fun every day and always looks forward to going. The instructors are all very patient, thoughtful, and kind, and they are quite adept at working with and understanding small children (ours is 6). They've also all been here for many years, with some working their way through the program from my daughter's age. I love the focus on personal development, not just martial arts. It really shows in the maturity and respectfulness of everyone I've interacted with here, no matter their age. Mrs. Martinez has really built a phenomenal program, and we couldn't be happier having our daughter here.

I had always passed by this dojo growing up and always wanted to attend or have one of my children attend. Fast forward 20 years and the dojo is still in place. Luckily, I was able to conceive a child and was able to enroll him in taekwondo. My son loves it here and the teachers are so welcoming. Communication and respect are phenomenal. They make everyone feel like they are family here. If you have the ability to train or bring your children. I would highly recommend it. It is great for adult and children!

I originally signed up with my brother when i was in middle school and he was in elementary, and we have now earned our second degree black belts. Mrs. Martinez creates a class environment that is discipline but a space where we can have fun and grow not only our muscles and abilities but our minds as well. After four years i have become a teacher and i learn something new everyday. The experiences i have gained from Korea America Taekwondo Academy are insurmountable. My mom has also joined TKD as a way for us to bond, we also enjoy the woman's fitness class, which furthers Mrs.Martinez's lessons on discipline, fun and achieving our fitness goals, what ever they may be. I would recommend this Dojo to everyone if I could!
