Agency employees takes all day to reply to company phone for text messages and get a quote the representative had the audacity to tell me to look for another insurance agent thanks Amy you are a great insurance representative you really love (HATE) your job why would you want your customer to look for another insurance agent

Also agree with you same accident and there respond was I was at fault and I am from Texas don't recommend this insurance

I been in an accident with falcon insurance driver in nyc I was rear ended while I was waiting red light with passenger. I have all the documents with police report . Everything is in my favor . But still falcon insurance dont pay me and denied my claim. After surviving 3 months call after calls they said because the accident happened in New York they will not cover my property damage. This is straight no fault. There is no question this was the falcon insured driver fault. But they behave like this is not a matter. I m the one who is in now mentally suffering couldnt work 3 months still my car is in the garage. Falcon insurance gave me lots of hard time.
