Tom Hotaling has been the agent for my elderly mother for a number of years. He and his assistant Kim have been excellent. They have been able to provide appropriate and affordable coverage. As an extra bonus, we have always received kind and friendly service, and most recently compassion upon my mother's passing. This is a great insurance office!!

Tom and Kimberly have been serving us for business/commercial insurance for over 25 years. They have always been right there with us on all our needs: fire, auto, liability, workers comp etc. If they don't have the answer they make sure to find out and give us our best choice on coverage. Beyond that Tom and Kim are always cheerful and genuinely happy to hear from us whenever we have a questions. Insurance is not a fun topic but they make it very easy to take care of.

Tom Hotaling saved me and my wife money every year I've been with him. His assistant, Kim, is absolutely the sweetest person I've met in their industry, outside of Tom of course. They do a great job of blending service and professionalism. I can count on a stress free conversation about my finances and costs without the worry of sales pitch and goals on the other side of the table. They operate a relationship business with personal fun dynamic included. I'd recommend them to everyone that enjoys good insurance coverage at a great market cost. Just remember, Tom doesn't set the premium price, but he'll fight to find you the best one for you.

I HATE INSURANCE! I hate looking for it, dealing with it & trying to figure it out. Tom Hotaling has been my agent for many, many years. He always tries to get us the best policies with the best prices whenever our renewals come up but more importantly, I don't have to think about it too much. Really the only thought I have to put into it is to how word my questions to him & when I do I always get an immediate reply that I can understand.
