Attic Insulation removal and reinstall Project. We have a large custom built home with a large high ceilinged attic. Our home was built in the 1980s and Texas heat had deteriorated our existing insulation to the point where the smell of the attic was coming through to the living areas and the insulation itself would disintegrate and fall apart when moved or touched. My wife was constantly complaining about the stale musty smell of our home, particulary after we traveled and the A/C was dormant during our absence. We took four bids to replace our attic insulation. Attic Pro (Sunny is the manager) was not the cheapest but they impressed me from our first interraction. They sent out their estimator who arrived prepared and well equipped with laser measuring devices to evaluate the size and scope of the project. He was also small enough and agile enough to crawl through the wood support beams and get to the far reaches of our attic where no man has trod for decades. No high pressure or elaborate sales techniques, just facts. I asked them for references of people who had done the work with them recently and Sunny gave me four names. I was able to reach 3 and all were satisfactory recommendations. I could not imagine this project going off without a hitch, I had some difficulty sleeping with visions of worker falling through our ceiling. The crew of three arrived on time and removed all of the existing insulation, vacuumed up and cleaned the entire attic to spotless perfection, sealed up all holes where attic air might have vented into the home, Fogged the entire area to sanitize the entire space, then meticulously installed Batting (the external walls of the attic were on one side 14 feet tall with a 30 degree inclined floor) the batting required insulating insulation in sheets on these vertical walls. My previous insulation did a very poor job there and the existing was not fully covering the vertical walls. Those walls faced west and were directly exposed to afternoon sun - incredibly HOT against the outside of that wall. They fixed that problem with full coverage top to bottom and side to side and somehow these relatively small workers managed to get it up to the entire 14ft. height and cover FULLY the area necessary. Next step was to install blown in fiberglass insulation on the floor of the attic. They installed easily readable rulers showing the depth throughout the attic and insured the depth complied with required insulation guidelines. When all of this was completed (a full day with a crew of 3) their clean up was perfect both in the attic and in my Garage (the entry point via a pull down ladder). When it was finished, Sunny told me about a rebate I could get from my power company (CPS electric in san Antonio). I had no idea I could get some of the cost back via this program. That was fantastic as it saved me even more money and none of the other bidders mentioned it to me up front. Last but not least, he gave me a military discount. Thank you Sunny and Attic Pro for a fantastic job both in workmanship and in professionalism. Well worth the money

We did our Attic cleaning work through Attic Pro. From initial free estimate, scheduling the day to final work they were very professional and reliable. They responded to all my calls very promptly. After they finish their job I needed some help as I found few things such as furnace room had some opening which needed to be sealed and ceiling had some minor crack which was taken care by them right away. I highly recommend Attic Pro for attic cleaning work.!

We had an overall great experience. We worked with Eithan who was great at keeping me informed from start to finish. All my questions were answered promptly and with patience. The crew that came was very efficient and friendly. We had a back to back appointment with a hazardous material company too and the scheduling coordinated perfectly and worked out well. I would recommend Eithan and his team for sure.

I had trouble with rodents in my attic and I contacted Attic Pro for an estimate. They scheduled the visit within 3 days and Sunny from Attic Pros came right on time. He was friendly, professional and got the inspection done quickly. I got detailed estimate and pictures of the damage in email within the same day.!
