My family resided here for well over 2 years. There was never any issues, until my mother moved. Then we got our own room, with high hopes that we would be treated as fairly and respected as my mother was. COMPLETE OPPOSITE. The office personnel were completely rude, completely discriminating, and treated us as we were a bother. Mind you, my family consists of me, my fiancé, and our young children, including a newborn. The office management walked in our room demanding rent the day before it was due. While in the restroom, I hear a man talking to my children in the living room, so I rush out. The manager was asking my children (3 year old, 4 year old, 6 year old) who was coming to pay rent and when. TOTAL DISRESPECT!! This man should not have been in our room discussing rent with young children. When my fiancé heard of this, he had a conversation with the manager telling him it wasnt appreciated. We were then told by the office that we could no longer be residents and that we had to move out right away. No regards for the children, or that we were completely disrespected. Management and all offfice personnel need to be replaced here, and apparently need to learn how to treat guests. I would give 0 stars if I could.
