Not worth $400 at all! Receptionist swore at my daughter and hung up on my daughter who is 16 and was booking the room for myself. Room service food was cold. You have to valet park. You have no choice. I called for my car as I had an appointment 10 mins away. The receptionist never told the valet people to bring my car around. I missed my appointment. So really not worth $400 that I paid to stay at this hotel. I know swearing and hanging up on my child should have been the clue to find another hotel.

We love the Valencia hotel group! So friendly! I’ve been going to their hotels since I was very young with my parents and now take my family to their hotels any chance we get.
