Holiday Inn & Suites San Antonio Northwest, an IHG Hotel

The most awful hotel experience I have ever had. Purchased the breakfast for our family when I booked our stay. Took forever to get drinks, was told they were short by one cook which is understandable and that there would be a wait. We had already been waiting for a decent amount of time and checkout time was coming up so my husband decided to wait at our table for the food while I took the kids up to pack......came back down after and food finally came but they left out my 3 yr old sons order of waffles. The waitress came to check on us and we asked about his waffles and she said they would be out soon. So we ate our meals and waited and still, no waffles. By this point it’s been 2 hours since we first sat down to order and several other tables even with larger families that had arrived after us had been served and left. It’s checkout time by this point so my husband decided to get our things and take them to the car and my son never got his waffles. I asked the woman at the front desk if I could have at least a refund for one of the meals since my son didn’t get his food and instead of an apology or offer to make things right I was treated terribly by the staff and given the run around. Would not recommend for families and will never go back to that location.

THIS HOTEL IS SOLID👊💯 FROM INSIDE MY ROOM.. I COULDN'T HEAR ANYTHING.. I COULDN'T FEEL ANYTHING.. I FELT LIKE I WAS ON VACATION AWAY FROM EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE.. PEACE AND TRANQUILITY😇💯

My stay would've been great if the room had been cleaned from previous guests when we arrived. We checked in 12-20-2021at 5pm* We dropped off our stuff and left. When we returned to the room we realized that the restroom had urine stains, the room had not been vacuumed, and there were stains on table surfaces. The hotel was pretty full that night so I cleaned up with disinfectant wipes. Wasn't sure if there would be another room for us. Or if it would actually be cleaned properly. I'm pretty upset because we're still in a pandemic... this was the absolute worst experience I've had with a hotel I stayed at 5535 University Heights Blvd. 78249, San Antonio.
