we set up a service call a week ahead of time. had the condo office shut down the water in the whole building for 4 hours. we called to confirm our service call and it was confirmed. 1:45 into the time frame we were provided we called back to get a status update and we were told that the 2 hour time frame provided was only when the technician may start our service call. we are now 4 hours passed the initial time frame and we call for a 3rd time only to be told that we have been put on the reschedule list. we have yet to receive a call....WE DID ALL THE CALLING. this is a very unprofessional service provider without any regard to people who need service. now we will continue to have no water in our shower until we can get a good service provider!

All Pro Plumbing was useless. They made an appointment for 2:00pm the next day and did not show or call. When we called, they promised they would be out the next day, but again, did not show. The third call, they said it would be a week. Worst service I have ever had!
