Converse AC & Heating

We came home last night to find that our A/C wasn't cooling. My husband checked the outside unit to find that the capacitor went out. We called this morning around 10 and Ralph was here 30 minutes later. He was very professional, polite, and thorough with is diagnoses. It was all completed in a timely manner. We will definitely use this company and request this gentleman for any other work that needs done on our primary home and rentals. Use this company; you won't be disappointed!!!

Do not use this company! My husband called Wednesday night to have someone come look at our ac because it had gone out. We were told they would be here the next day Thursday btw 5 and 6 to look at it. Thursday at 630 rolls around and we call the company to find out we were never put on the schedule to begin with. We were then told that someone would be here Friday to check it out btw 3 and 4. Friday we receive a call after 2pm to be told that our appointment is going to be pushed to sometime next week because they have so many people calling about theirs going out and ours is intermittent even though ours is out now. Don't use this company!!!! Terrible customer service!!!! DOESN'T KEEP APPOINTMENTS/PROBLEMS WITH ENTERING APPOINTMENTS. THEN YOUR APPOINTMENT CAN APPARENTLY BE BUMPED FOR SOMEONE ELSE THAT CALLS AFTER YOU.

I hadn't heard about this company before. Last night my AC unit (outdoor fan) stopped working. My mother notified me of this company as I was looking for someone to work with. She met with a rep from this company at an Earth Day event. I decided to give them a shot and was pleasantly surprised. I called at 8 a.m. and Lenny was out there within a few hours after making a few other stops. He not only re-wired my wrong wired fan but diagnosed a bummed capacitor (showed proof on the multimeter), found that the fan wasn't running because the drip pan in the attic was full of water (this pan is about 2 inches in depth and about the area of a twin size mattress), thus triggering basically a safety switch to stop the system until cleaned out. He cleaned out the pipes in the attic and drained the drip pan. Once complete, he recommended a starter kit which can prolong the life of the AC Unit as it reduces the stress by preventing the electrical portion of the unit from overloading. I'm not sure what is a good price for all this work but I feel Lenny was fair, thorough, quick to come out / complete work and explained what was wrong by backing it with tangible facts. I was impressed and glad I went with this company.

Converse heating and air replaced my AC heat pump system with a state of the art Trane 20SEER system. They did an outstanding job....very professional in all respects. The new system is amazing and I could not be more pleased with the installation or the cost. I highly recommend them!!
