Iceberg Air LLC

I have been trying to call the owner and the man who installed my HVAC. They have not responded to my messages or answered my phone calls. When the new unit was initially installed, they didnt blow out the hose and cause my unit to flood. This was within a month of having the new unit. Then I called because my unit stopped working, this was when we had that Arctic weather at the end of February, and now that its starting to get hotter, they still have not returned my phone calls to come check my unit out. Its not even a year old and I'm having so many issues.

Iceberg Air was very percise in trouble shooting my unit. They gave me a very affortable price and they are my go to company for routine maintenance on my air conditioning.

Last week we used Iceberg air for the second time. I had received a quote from our AC Guys - I only called them since I had prepaid for our service for two years. One of the upstairs heat pumps was running constantly. I told them what was wrong with the other one, they quoted me numerous things wrong with a huge bill. I called Phillip with Iceberg Air and he came out the same day, within a few hours. He fixed the problem for a 1/4 of what they quoted me and told me the other item was fine. He's honest, responds right away and has a great service reputation. 7 months ago we used Iceberg Air 7 months ago to fix one of our three AC units that ran constantly, we called our regular company but they said it wasn't an AC problem. I was referred to Phillip/Iceberg air when I called a contractor we were working with since I didn't know what else to do. He responded right away and fixed our unit, he serviced all three of our units, installed overflow meters. He was great, personable, quick to respond and quick to come out and repair. His price was reasonable, he fixed it right away and I didn't feel like I was ripped off. I trust him!
