i had an issue on my account and leslie was great! she helped me with my issues and returned my calls in a timely manner. She was able to resolve my issue within a few business days, very happy with their customer service.

Carmen Estrada was excellent, she helped me and my family wonderfully, if it wasnt for her me and my mom would have difficulty in paying out cars, but because of her we are finally having peace of mind, I recommend everyone to come here for her wonderful service

I have banked here for 5 years and I have to say absolutely the worst bank I have been with. They will never contact you for overdraft fees they will wait and try charging you more to get as much money as they can out of you and they have no overdraft forgiveness or period to pay. Its absolutely ridiculous. You pay what you owe plus the huge fee they slam you with. Also if you lose your card, good luck! You will now have a card for the next 2 weeks cause they have it sent across the world and have a man with neanderthal tools building it. Also there whole system from there app to there online and phone lines were created around the prehistoric age. Nothing ever works and its all insanely slow its pretty pathetic. I have never had a good conversation with there associates either the motto there is, dont make consumers happy and be really rude for no reason. The bank its self is pretty horrible I understand its a small bank but its connect to a literal research center you think there would be some smart or updated technology but not a single thing. I only banked here cause I was related to a worker there and they made it sound like they had good benefits but I was definitely a fool for believing them. I stuck with them so long honestly cause I hate switching banks but recently I switched to frost and its a 100% better in anyway you can think of. If you work at SWRI dont bank there its not worth the time they make you wait or the trouble they will put you through I promise.
