I like this credit union. The staff is helpful and courteous. The loan officer was patient with me during my application for a secured credit card. The only issue that I have is adjusting to the new location of the closest branch to me. It should be business as usual in a few weeks.

This branch is the worst dont come here like ever. You are truly wasting your time. They are always short staff and only have one person who can do loans. Like for the whole 8hr shift its one person to do loans. One person how does that make sense?

I arrived at the St Mary's location drive through just before 6pm yesterday, 10/11/22, while the GREEN LIGHT above the drive through lane was still on, meaning they were still taking transactions. As I was preparing their required deposit slip the teller retrieved the canister and I was unable to make my deposit. Now I have been charged an OD Fee and an NSF Fee for no fault of my own. I will be paying a personal visit to the branch to let them know how displeased and angry I am at their service.
