very unhappy , they never have chicken ready , they always want to close early..... never again worst service ever..

The wait times are occasionally ridiculous. a cashier one time took the five bucks given to him by my mom and put it in his pocket instead while the manager was busy in the back. the food is great on a good day when the employees are in a good mood. you can taste It in the food how much love they put into it and the work itself really shows. the drinks to me almost are never fresh based on my experience. I also hate that they don't have a place to eat inside and I'm left to eat it somewhere else. I know its less work on their part but I don't want to eat my food in front of other people elsewhere. sometimes the biscuits don't have enough butter on them. I also don't think they have enough combos meal deals at cheap prices that last long enough.

Went thru the drive up window, I got great service, wish I could remember her name but it was on Monday 8:30 pm. Employees like her is what keeps us coming back.
