        Inside the mall. Very difficult to find. Ordered to go from here and it's a big mistake. Parking and finding this place is impossible.

        Walked up and was told to order on the kiosk. There was nobody else eating there, should have been a big clue. Waited 14 minutes to get a sandwich, 5 of Which was while the workers talked to random people in the food court (nobody behind the counter), 9 of Which was while they talked amongst themselves (behind the counter) instead of making my sandwich. And my order was the only order. Not good.

        Food was alright. The staff was horrible Absolutely refused to take our order we had to use the screen and put our order in twice because it wouldnt except payment the first time

      Hi, I want to clarify that refills do not come out of employees paychecks. Employees are not charged for errors or anything like refills, remakes etc. Having said that, refills are for purchases in store and not for the lifetime of the yellow large cup.

      Mohan,I am very sorry you had issues finding out store. Like most stores inside malls, parking is outside our control and being inside an urban shopping mall like downtown San Antonio makes it more difficult for us as we can't have dedicated parking.
