Jack in the Box

Very poor service by who knows some so called manager who didnt want to give his name after my husband called nicely to let them know they missed up his burger ,we order a hamburger with NO Ketchup, he is very allergic something crucial could of happen this poor excuse of a manager said bring the burger tomorrow so we can weight it so they can get ride of it , this isnt the first time this place has missed up but since we live out of town we got a craving thinking maybe that has changed since its on his way back from work, no sorry hey let me fix it but just a hang up after we asked him what his name and corporate number was never ever will we go back -

The service at this Jack in the box has actually improved tremendously I can't even tell you if you used to go there and stop going there because the customer service just sucked so did the food while they're back to good now

Went with my adult son after we both took care of separate business... I'm a light eater so I order from the kids menu... So sad today ... My cheeseburger was so dry I almost choked! I hate to think of little children being given a burger like that. Usually their burgers are juicy and delicious... Just must have been a slow day???? On the other hand... The fry's were fresh and hot!

Wait was long but there were no other customers but my burger got slapped together like they were in the middle of a rush. I'm assuming the rush was to get me out of there hair. I added to my order but the response when i did was simply, "WHAT". Couldn't order a shake cuz apparently the system was down but for what? Again there was no line or wait when i arrived as it always is. Might as well be shut down, they can't even get one order out in timely fashion or have a shake
