        I was referred to them by a different San Antonio law firm and I contacted them. They didn't take my case. I was greatly disappointed as the other firm stated that they would most likely help me.

        Fast response but I wasn't ready. that part was all my fault I messed up my chance for a meet up with galo law firm sorry guys wish I had a 2nd chance to meet you guys that's why I hate working overnight makes it hard to meet in mornings

        Words can not describe the professional atmosphere and sense of competence this attorney has. Mr Gallo listened to the concerns I have and truly seemed to care. If there is any person I could choose to help me in my situation, it would without any doubt him.

        I do not recommend this law firm. When I called over the weekend to discuss my case, the office representative I spoke to appeared indifferent to my situation and uninterested in hearing the details of my story to provide assistance. Today, I received a call informing me that the lawyer wouldnt represent me, but when I inquired about the reasons behind this decision, I received no substantial answer. Interestingly, I was referred to this law firm by an attorney I know. I will be sure to inform the referring attorney not to recommend this firm to their clients.

      I personally review each caller’s situation in detail. Based on the facts as relayed by “Gabe,” I determined that we would not be able to assist. Confidentiality prohibits me from discussing those in response to a public review. Nothing gives me greater joy than being able to tell a prospective client that we believe we can help him or her. However, we are always realistic and honest with prospective clients, even if it means giving them news they don’t’ necessarily want to hear. For Gabe, there was simply nothing we could do. We regret we were unable to assist.
