I completed an online twice requesting a consultation no one called me.  I the office and was told someone would call me at 3pm, no one called.  About 3:15 I called and was transferred to a man and was explaining what I needed when he cut in and said, we need to hurry this up, I have a call at 3:30 so it's a hard stop, it was 3:15.  I can't imagine working with someone so abrupt and rude with a potential client.
