I had to wait 5 hours in the waiting room, with in the 5 hours I was seen by a nurse in training was asked minimal question, the iv was put in my arm in a way that made my fingers go numb, which I still have problems with 3 months later, i didn't even get to see a doctor was given the wrong diagnosis and was charged 31,000 dollars did you know just to go to this er it cost 5,000 dollars, I didnt know that I then get a bill requesting 6000 and then a itemized list saying 31000 dollars that's more than it cost for school or a funeral I would rather die and have a funeral then go this hospital

I would not go to any other emergency room or hospital in the city this hospital has been amazing from the staff to the paperwork to the constant care. The staff in this facility went above and beyond to try to make me as comfortable as possible with all the pain that I was in when showing up in the ER they rushed me back right away took care of my problem to try to get me out of the pain that I was in and tried to figure out different ways when something wasnt working to take away the pain instead of just trying one thing and hoping it would work when seeing that they couldnt solve the problem in the ER they went ahead and admitted me to try to get me under better care so that I wouldnt be in pain in the future it ended up being a week stay but they took incredibly good care of me each nursing staff member was such a delight the food is amazing there and everybody genuinely cared about your health and your safety and what they could do for you there was never a point where I felt neglected or that I wasnt heard. I was constantly checked on but not to the point where I couldnt sleep they made sure all of my medications were on time everybody was always a friendly face even the caseworkers and upper management would come in and check to make sure everything was going well the room was extremely big very clean and I will always always go here for my first choice !

One nurse was nice. The other was very to the point and wasnt concerned about how i felt as a patient. They brought in the medical training student without asking and it made me uncomfortable because it was my 1st having a well womens checkup and i would rather have 1 person look at my genitals rather than 3.

Ordered door dash for my girlfriend who just had a baby and the nurses in labor and delivery ate her food !!! And then had the nerve to ask if we wanted the rest and laughed about the situation!!!
