Tim and Mike were our first experience with building, and thank God! They built our perfect guest house and I can say our experience with them was second to none. They are extreme gentlemen, very good communicators, quick to respond when called or texted, and very detailed in their presentation, leaving nothing in question, and I mean nothing. That means a lot of time spent with them. Their bid is rock solid and you know exactly what you're getting before you start. No hidden fees. They work well with their subcontractors, doing all of the communication with them. Our house was completed on time; landscape was a little behind but only because of he weather, and it is beautiful as well. Just what we wanted! It was fun being here watching everything happen. So, in the end, we got a perfect beautiful guest house and a new and lasting relationship with two very fine men.

Tim was the project manager for our home build and I can't say enough good things. Subs were held accountable and more than once when a particular job wasn't done right, Tim replaced the sub contractor and was always extremely conscientious to make it right. Jobs were completed on schedule and the quality was impeccable. I recommend Tim!

You will not find a more honest and hardworking builder. Not only does he build a fine home; but his knowledge and expertise in the industry is top notch and only employs the finest craftmen. You will not be disappointed!

Tim Bennett built us a wonderful home. The building process was much easier than I expected because he was honest, ensured his contractors did work to specifications, and if we did have a concern .. he got back to us immediately. Rare to find someone so caring and responsive. All home builders are not honest, Tim Bennett is! Highly recommend Bennett Design! Gary Butgess / Shelley Moseley
