Cheaply made and managed. They build houses fast just to get them on the market without any care for the quality. So many issues within only 1 year of living in one of their homes. Garage door broke so we have vehicles stuck in the garage. Weather stripping on doors is less than sufficient and allows bugs and drafts in. Screens do not fit the windows and have gaps so bugs get in. Yard was poorly done with sod so nothing took root and it looks like a clay desert in the backyard. Rent continues to go up even tho the quality continues to go down. Will NOT be renting from them ever again and i would advise checking every other option available before settling renting or purchasing from this company.
