They are very hard to reach over the phone. I got my auto loan through them via my local dealership. I had a hard time making a payment it was almost as if they didn't want me to pay lol.

I love the boutique style location. The service is personal. The staff feels like family, they remember your children, anniversaries and vice versa. Business wise, there has never been a time that I felt rushed or foolish for asking the same question over and over. Colleen has the patience and personality for this position. I'm certain she is just the same with the staff. The employees at this location seem just as happy as the customers.

On more than one occasion have called for information on services provided by GTFCU. Invariably I am told by the person on the phone with me they need to "research" the information and they will call me back. Have yet to receive any return calls and I am wondering why I continue to bank with a credit union that does not have an ATM on my side of town. It certainly is not the customer service.
